Find Board Talent

The Leaderboard links board-ready talent to organizations eager to achieve extraordinary results.

Leaderboard helps you find talented women candidates. The process is straightforward: they meet with the CEO, board or committee chair, or executive recruiter to clarify the strategic skills and required experience needed for an open board position. They tap their respected network of thousands of female senior leaders who are currently serving on corporate boards or are actively preparing for board service to identify a slate of qualified women candidates for your consideration. And they provide a warm introduction to candidates you would like to interview. They are proud to have supported women on boards since 2004.

To start the process, fill out this form or call 720-282-9940.

Boardconnect passes the baton to The Leaderboard

Boardconnect celebrates introducing these candidates to companies who selected them as board directors. Each met the specific requirements of the company. Meet talented women with a wide range of experience.

  • How does unconscious bias impact the director search process?

  • Does implementing a Rooney Rule take care of the problem?

  • What would you say to companies who worry that restricting their options is not in the best interest of shareholders?

  • Are there other practical steps that boards could take to address this issue?

  • What can people do to counteract unconscious bias that they hold themselves or experience from others?
